We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preference. Please review the product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

Email us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@thaaragaibyranjani.com.

Provide an unaltered, continuous video of the entire unboxing process, clearly showing the shipping label and the product inside the parcel before it is fully opened.

After verifying the video and confirming the issue, we will guide you through the exchange process for the same item or, if unavailable, an alternative of equal value.

3. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order:

Share the full unboxing video as proof.

Once confirmed, we will ship the missing product at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Please note: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Only an exchange for verified damaged or missing items will be facilitated.
